Description


  • A very experienced individual who has experience with “start-up” of putting together a team and the support environment
  • Provide assistance in managing releases into the Production environment 
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes supported by the system 
  • Consult with customers (independently or in partnership with other members of IS) to evaluate, design, test and install requested enhancements to the new system 
  • Run production-level programs to obtain output when necessary 
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve problems with production applications independently or in partnership with Development Team. 
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures on the new information system 
  • Monitor production jobs, assist developers, develop coding standards. 
  • Contribute to the managing of releases to the production environment to include strategies to meet FDA approval
